Your performance on the platform is evaluated on a scale of 5, with 5 being the highest Key parameters considered in calculating your rating are metrics such as your RSR, Number of Resume submissions, number of final selects amongst others

RSR refers to the % of resumes selected at the first level of screening. Rating considers RSR as one of the parameters amongst others.

RSR

RSR or RESUME SELECTION RATIO is the measurement unit that is used to assess the quality of your Resume submissions. Mapping of Jobs to you is heavily dependent on this.

RSR is the % of Resumes that are selected at the first level of screening (i.e- Resume Select) by the client. It takes into consideration only resumes that have been processed.

0-40 - Need improvement

41-70 - You can do better!

71-100 - Great Job!

Resume and Candidate details should match the MUST HAVE Skills as given in Job Sourcing Guidelines Answers to Screening Questions must be accurate and detailed Refer Supplier Guidelines for further clarity (link)
PSR

Resumes undergo one level of hygiene check before being routed to the client. PSR or Preselection ratio indicates the % of Resumes selected at the Prescreening stage and shared ahead with the client.

0-40 - Need improvement

41-70 - You can do better!

71-100 - Great Job!
